Oh, she drifts now and then but her heart and soul always returns to those moments when she can reminisce about her Louisiana home in song. Her vocals are strong as “Midnight Hauler” crosses the US States heading south to Baton Rouge and New Orleans in “Going Back To Louisiana and Slow Me Down”. Stopping off at a Fais do do (a bayou party in the swamps) with “Jambalaya On The Bayou” she introduces a Bayou Swamp Guitar in “Same Kind Of Crazy As Me” leading to heartbreak that is honey suckle dripping in “I Ain’t Never and Raining In My Heart”. It’s a musical journey with falling in and out of love and this bayou babe takes no prisoners with “See You Later Alligator and “You Call Everybody Darling”.
