New Country CD in the making……

Here we are in 2023 and it’s flying by.  I’m still working on my 2023 Christmas Cd, “Christmas In The Mountains” for ARG/Universal Records.  We finished a 3-day session in Nashville with my Norwegian Partners (Kom og Dans) and the A-Team a few years back and we were stopped dead in our tracks when Covid-19 closed down every studio in Nashville, TN.

Meanwhile, I cut a duet with Bruce Springsteen at his request called Shama Lama Ding Dong.  I released my version in November of 2022 and worked it all the way up to #10 on the charts when I finally stopped.  Bruce Springsteen will release the duet version we did together in the Fall of this year.

I’m writing new songs, working a few days a week in our little regional hospital, Chatuge Regional and preparing to release my second single to radio called “Pride & Joy. This time I hope to take it to #1.  For all of you who continue to buy my CD’s and download my singles on legal download sites, I love you for your support and pray you be blessed daily.

Scooter Lee’s Gospel CD – “Joy’s Gonna Come In The Morning”

Scooter Lee’s 2nd Gospel CD, “Joy’s Gonna Come In The Morning” released last year to the Gospel Community. Some wonderful tracks on this CD show that Scooter Lee’s chops are better than ever.  We are hoping to have this CD picked up by a label that will allow radio play as well as CMT Video for their Gospel Video Moment aired out of Nashville. Scooter Lee wrote 4 of the songs and this CD will make you smile as you sing along praising the Lord!
