ROCK, RECOVER, SWAY 3, ROCK RECOVER, SWAY 3
1&2 Rock back with ball of R foot (1), Recover weight to L foot (&), Step R foot to R side allowing body to sway (2).
3-4 Shift weight to L side onto L foot with body sway (3),
Shift weight R with body sway (4).
5&6 Rock back with ball of L foot (5), Recover weight to R foot (&), Step L foot to L side allowing body to sway (6).
7-8 Shift weight to R side onto R foot with body sway (7),
Shift weight to L with body sway (8).

ROCK, RECOVER, 1/2 TURN R, CROSS CHASE' LEFT
1&2 Rock back with ball of R foot (1), Recover weight to L foot (&), Turn 1/4 R, step forward with R foot (2).
3&4 Turn 1/4 R, step L foot to L side (slightly back) (3), Step R foot across in front of L (&), Step L foot to L side (4).

ROCK, RECOVER, 1/2 TURN L, CROSS CHASE LEFT
5&6 Rock back with ball of R foot (5), Recover weight to L foot (&), Turn 1/4 L, Step back (slightly side) with R foot (6).
7&8 Turn 1/4 L, Step L foot to L side (slightly back) (7),
Step R foot across in front of L (&), Step L foot to L side (8).

ROCK, RECOVER, 1/4 TURN L, ROCK RECOVER, SIDE, REPEAT
1&2 Rock back with ball of R foot (1), Recover weight to L foot, turning 1/4 L (&), step R foot to R side (2).
3&4 Rock back with ball of L foot (3), Recover weight to R foot (&), Step L foot to L side (4).
5-8 Repeat above 4 counts to end facing back.

ROCK, RECOVER, 1/4 TURN R, 1/2 TURN R, 1/2 TURN L, 3/4 TURN R
1&2 Rock back with ball of R foot (1), Recover weight to L foot (&), Turn 1/4 R, step forward with R foot (2).
3&4 Step forward with L foot (3), Turn 1/2 R shifting weight to R foot (&), Step forward with L foot (4).
5&6 Step forward with R foot (5), Turn 1/2 L shifting weight to L foot (&), Step forward with R foot (6).
7&8 Step forward with L foot (7), Turn 3/4 R shifting weight to R foot (&), Turn 1/4 R, Step L foot to L side (8).

Note: This line dance is choreographed using typical basic steps from a form of lead/follow couples dancing called Night Club Two Step, which became popular during the disco era and is done to slow songs with a steady beat. Today, Night Club Two Step is very popular with many dancers around the world. It is a smooth, flowing, graceful dance.
